Collections at no cost.
Simply select collection or delivery on Check-Out. After you selected your products a delivery address is required at checkout to calculate accurate delivery fees.

Deliveries
We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.
Delivery in Gauteng main areas:
Free for orders over R1000.
Orders less than R1000 = R180
Rural areas may have an extra charge. Please request a quote.

Courier
Deliveries across the rest of South Africa are generally done via courier. The cost depends on item size. Couriers' fees for smaller items are set and available on checkout. Larger items outside Gauteng may require a quote if no rate is available on checkout, then the item falls outside of the scope of the courier service, and you may contact us for a quote to deliver

Lead Times
Most items and colours are in stock and delivery can take place between 1 and 7 days, depending on delivery schedules.
During busier times delivery may be delayed but will take place within 21 days. Check with us on the exact availability of your preferred design and style.
Expect delays during the peak periods like Black November and the Festive Season (1 December to 15 January), due to increased volumes. During this period there are always some items that are sold out before the raw material factories re-open and this may cause delays of up to end of January. Please check with us whether this will be applicable to your order.

Shipping Policy
Collections are welcome. Local deliveries are done by us.
The delivery service cost is dependent on your location and the size of the products ordered. Most of our items are large and these items are generally more expensive to courier outside of Gauteng. Contact us for a quote for:
- Bulk Orders
- Deliveries to areas outside of Gauteng
Some areas, like farms, agricultural holdings, outlying and rural areas, may result in an addition to the standard fee. We will be able to confirm the fee upon confirmation of your exact delivery address and location.
Offloading and carrying of your order:
We guarantee the product to be in the originally manufactured condition at the time of the unloading at your delivery address.
In most instances our drivers will offer to assist in placing the items in required rooms, this is a courtesy service and is not covered under the abovementioned guarantee. Any damages from the time of goods being offloaded at the clients' premises is at the risk of the buyer. Buyers must ensure that the items are safely carried and placed inside their premises.
Drivers may under no circumstances remove doors or fixtures from a dwelling or office to fit items. Neither are they permitted to hoist furniture to higher floors or through windows.
Titanium Bedding cannot take responsibility if items bought do not fit through the doors or in the required spaces. Please ensure that you checked the size of entrances and available space against the measurements of the product.
